Yes. Every doctor undergoes a manual verification process where we check their Syrian medical license with the Syrian Medical Syndicate before they can appear on the platform.
Is Hakkmni free for patients?
Creating an account and managing your health records is completely free for patients. Doctor consultation fees depend on the individual doctor and are shown clearly before booking.
What happens to my QR code after a doctor scans it?
Each QR code is a one-time token. After your doctor scans it, the token expires automatically. You can also revoke access at any time from your app.
Can I manage records for my elderly parent who doesn't have a smartphone?
Yes. Through Family Profiles, you can create and manage health records on behalf of family members, including elderly relatives, from your own account.
